There is one very annoying thing about having a life: it gets in the way. Often you have great plans for what you’re going to accomplish, projects you’re going to complete…but then nothing happens. This is especially true when you’re no longer in high school. When I was still in high school, I had so much more free time. There weren’t countless social events sapping my time, and the homework was easier. Ever since I moved to collage, I’ve had little time for my hobbies.

This is something I will change.
You may have noticed that I delayed all my plans for this website (if someone who isn’t an addbot found my site). This is partially because of traveling, partially because of technical difficulties, but mainly I’ve had a lot of trouble balancing my hobbies with collage life. Moving to collage was not good for my writing moral. However, it wasn’t bad for my writing.
I’ve been taking another creative writing class, and something finally clicked. All of the theory of writing I learned is now something I can apply. I’m not quite sure what caused this change, but my writing (in stories, not blog posts) has improved vastly. I’ve gotten faster too. You can expect regular updates to the website from now on, even if life does make it a tad difficult. Myriad is now officially back in production, the first episode is written, and will be posted on Saturday. Life does get in the way, but it will no longer keep me from doing the things that I want to.
